Shared services
Three functions we take over completely.
Not tasks, and not people you have to manage. A function, with a named lead, published standards, and a boundary agreed in writing before work starts.
What you can check on day one
First response
A written summary, unasked for
Accountable for the work
Real desk, real work in progress, available light. Mid-shot or a detail — hands on a keyboard, a screen mid-task. Never stock, never a posed lineup.
Why a function, not a person
A function without an owner doesn't stop. It waits for you.
Most outsourcing gives you a person and a problem. Now there is someone to train, supervise, and cover for. The management load moves; it does not go away.
We take the whole function instead. One named lead owns the account. Response times are published rather than promised. A written summary arrives every week without being asked for. When something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.
We do not sell hours. We take ownership of a function and we are accountable for how it runs.
Lead services
The work we run
Three functions. Each one is taken over whole, on the same published standards.
A support desk mid-shift. Real screens, real queue, available light.
Customer Support
We run your support desk across email, chat and voice — triage, first response, resolution. First response within four business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PHT.

Marketing Operations
We run the marketing machinery — content production, publishing, campaign setup, and reporting against agreed measures.
See how we run marketing opsThe daily coordination work. Two people at a desk, documentation open.
Business Operations
We run the daily work that holds a company together — coordination, scheduling, quality checks, documentation, and recurring reporting.

Inside an engagement
Finance Support
Bookkeeping support, invoicing, reconciliation and financial reporting, run alongside a function we already own.
HR Support
Recruitment coordination, records administration and onboarding support.
Both sit inside an engagement rather than beside it. Neither is offered on its own.
The Emmanuel Bldg. office, or documentation on a screen. Iloilo visible and unapologetic; it is a credential.
The method
Published, not promised.
The method is what we publish — the standards, the coverage hours, the boundary, and what happens when we get it wrong.
All of it is below, in full, and all of it is checkable before you sign anything.
What you get every week
Service standards
These are published rather than promised. Specificity about how the work runs is what you can check on day one.
| Standard | Commitment |
|---|---|
| First response | Within four business hours |
| Reporting cadence | A written summary every Monday, sent without being asked for |
| Named lead | One named lead per engagement, accountable for the work |
| Coverage | Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PHT |
| Continuity | Every account documented from week one so a second person can pick it up |
| Onboarding | A defined sequence, confirmed in writing before work begins |
Onboarding
What happens before work starts
We agree the scope in writing first — the boundary, the standards and the reporting format. Work begins after that document is confirmed on both sides, not before.
The onboarding sequence itself is a defined sequence, confirmed in writing before work begins.
Coverage and time zones
When we're working, relative to you
We cover Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Philippine Standard Time. What that means where you are:
| Your location | Our hours, your time | Working overlap |
|---|---|---|
| Philippines | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Full day |
| Australia (AEST) | 10:00am – 7:00pm | Most of your day |
| United Kingdom | 1:00am – 10:00am | Your morning |
| US Eastern | 8:00pm – 5:00am | Overnight — your queue is cleared before you start |
| US Pacific | 5:00pm – 2:00am | Overnight — your queue is cleared before you start |
For US clients this is the point rather than the problem. Work handed over at the end of your day is done when you open your laptop.
The boundary
What we own and what stays with you
A commitment to own an outcome is only worth something if its edges are visible.
What we own
The day-to-day running of the function — the queue, the standard, the reporting, and the documentation that keeps it running.
What stays with you
Product, pricing, brand, budget and staffing decisions. Refund authority beyond agreed limits. Anything requiring your signature, and any authority you have not explicitly delegated.
When we get it wrong
You hear it from us first. What happened, the impact, the fix, and a timeline. In that order, every time.

When we get it wrong
You hear it from us first. What happened, the impact, the fix, and a timeline. In that order, every time.
Not a status page you have to check. Not a line in next week's report. A message from the person who owns your account, on the day we find it.
Fit
Who we work well with
An owner-operated business where one person is holding a function together.
Usually the founder, usually alongside three other jobs.
A business that has tried hiring for it and found it made more work.
You now manage a person and still own the outcome.
A function with a real shape.
Recurring work, a standard that can be written down, and a queue that can be measured. That is what we can own.
A business that wants the function gone from its desk, not supervised more efficiently.
Fit
Who we're not for
If you need coverage outside Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PHT,
we are not the right fit today. We would rather say so than stretch and miss.
If you need support in a language other than English,
we cannot serve you.
If you want to direct the work day to day,
you want a staffing provider, not us. That is a real need and a real model — it is just not this one.
If the work has no repeatable shape yet,
it is too early. We would be guessing, and you would be paying for the guess.
Questions
Questions we get asked
Every answer below is already published somewhere else on this site. Nothing new is committed to here.
What does “you own the outcome” actually mean?
We take the function off your desk rather than sending you a person to manage. One named lead owns the account, response times are published rather than promised, and a written summary arrives every week without being asked for.
We do not sell hours. We take ownership of a function and we are accountable for how it runs.
Who do we deal with day to day?
One named lead per engagement. The person who answers your message is the person accountable for the work.
How quickly will you reply?
First response within four business hours, inside Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PHT.
What happens if you get something wrong?
You hear it from us first. What happened, the impact, the fix, and a timeline. In that order, every time — from the person who owns your account, on the day we find it.
What does it cost?
Engagements are quoted per function. Tell us what the function covers and we will scope it.
What stays with us?
Product, pricing, brand, budget and staffing decisions. Refund authority beyond agreed limits. Anything requiring your signature, and any authority you have not explicitly delegated.
Hand it over. It will be handled.
Tell us which function is costing you the most time. One line by email is enough.
Your growth is ours.
